Mocha Shriners is one of 191 Shrine Temples located in Canada, United States, Mexico and the Republic of Panama
Mocha has a membership of 3883 Nobles (members) and has a jurisdicton of Southwestern Ontario plus the District of Algoma in Northern Ontario.

The leader of the temple is a Potentate (President) and he has an executive (Divan) who rule and administer all Temple affairs.
Money is raised through circuses, B.B.Q.'s, Christmas cake sales, fish fries, etc. The net proceeds of these functions are primarily forwarded to Shrine Canadian Hospital in Montreal plus Shrine Hospitals in Erie, Pennsylvania and Cincinnati, Ohio.
Shriners come from all walks of life and are very dedicated to their philantrophy which is the Shriners Hospitals for Children. These include 19 orthopedic hospitals and 3 burn units. Children receive treatment at these facilities at no cost to the patient or family. In Canada, general admission information for Shrine Hospitals may be obtained by calling the toll free number 1-800-361-7256.

Burn Hospitals Units
Since the Shrine first made a commitment to advancing burn treatment by opening units in Boston, Cincinati and Galveston, the chance of a burned child's survival has more than doubled.
This impressive survival rate has been achieved through today's improved surgical procedures, medical technology and the coordinated efforts of many hospital staff members.
Shriner Burns Institutes are staffed and equipped to treat children with acute, fresh burns; children needing plastic reconstruction or restorative surgery as a result of healed burns; children with severe scarring, resulting in contractures or interference with proper movement of the limbs; and patients with scarring and deformity of the face. In addition to offering a wide range of specialized medical and rehabilitation services.
