Zoom Meeting Policies - per General Order # 3 All Participants must sign into the meeting within 15 minutes preceding the meeting. All Participants to be considered for admission must have their visible Zoom ID set to their name and Membership number All Participants Membership Dues must be up to date. If there will be more than one participant per device, a designate of the group Must send the Recorder a list of those that will be part of the group along with all Membership numbers at least one hour prior to the meeting. Once meeting starts the admission process into the meeting will stop. All participants will be muted. If anyone wishes to speak they must raise their hand, (if they are not recognized within a reasonable waiting period, they may unmute and request to speak on the matter). Any rude, hostile, or belligerent behavior, the participant will be immediately muted and warned, second violation the participant will be removed from the meeting without warning. You may only speak to the matter on the floor, any new business will be heard when the floor is opened for new Business, and in an orderly fashion. Voting must be by roll call per General Order # 3. When your name is read you will unmute, say your name then your vote; “Yea” if for the motion or “Nay” if against the motion, then mute yourself. No discussion during the voting roll call.
